Vital Quality Healthcare Partners (VQHP) is a woman-owned healthcare quality improvement consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations across the care continuum deliver safer, more reliable, and more person-centered care. With expertise in clinical quality, informatics, and system improvement, we provide practical, evidence-based support tailored to each organization’s unique needs.
Our services include quality improvement coaching, regulatory and survey readiness, safety culture implementation, workflow redesign, and innovative education solutions such as our Escape2Age-Friendly™ training experience.
